Compass Public School Ministry work by Roar

The short version. Compass Public School Ministry needed its brand to point somewhere. Roar refreshed its communications and visual strategy around one clear engagement process, then rebuilt the website on top of it.

Where they started. Compass was doing meaningful work, but its visual strategy and messaging did not lead people toward a clear next step. Before touching the website, we needed to clarify how someone actually moves from first hearing about Compass to championing it.

The move. We started with a brand audit and a strategy workshop, and reimagined Compass’s engagement process around a 4Cs framework. That process became the backbone of a revised brand strategy. We mapped the full customer journey, showing where to communicate and engage at each stage, so the path from newcomer to champion was clear. Then a StoryBrand messaging workshop set the language, and a messaging guide gave the team a foundation for copywriting.

What we made:

  • A branded engagement process built on the 4Cs framework
  • A customer journey map with communication and engagement points across the funnel
  • A StoryBrand messaging workshop and a messaging guide for copywriting
  • Refreshed visual styles and brand elements
  • A new website with the refreshed branding and messaging

What happened. Compass came away with a clear engagement process, standardized messaging, and a new website built to turn interest into action, guiding supporters toward becoming champions for its work. See it live at compasslink.org.
